Hub Password Reset

Navigate to the Hub and click on My Hub Sign In. Click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions provided.

If you have never signed into the Hub, contact the Employee Connect Center via email employeeconnect@boston.gov or call 617-635-3221.
